What you choose to paste

ClarityCue lets you paste relationship text so the service can generate a calm read and reply options. Do not paste passwords, addresses, payment details, medical information, or anything you do not want processed.

How text and screenshots are processed

When AI analysis is enabled, submitted text and screenshots are sent to our AI provider to generate a response. We use submitted content only to provide the requested analysis and safety handling.

Local data

The app stores usage counts, mode choices, account email, subscription status, and lightweight feedback in your browser storage so the free limit and interface can work. Screenshot previews stay in the current page session and are not saved to browser storage. You can clear local data by clearing site data in your browser.

Account and email

If you create an account or submit your email for early access, we use it to contact you about ClarityCue, connect future subscription status, and understand product demand. We do not sell email addresses. If we are not collecting emails yet, the address is not saved and only unlocks extra checks on your device.

Analytics and payments

We collect basic product events such as page views, mode selection, check requests, feedback, account creation, and checkout starts. We do not intentionally collect message text or screenshot images in analytics events. Payments are handled by Stripe, and payment details are processed by Stripe rather than stored by ClarityCue.

ClarityCue is not therapy, medical advice, legal advice, or emergency support. If you are in danger or may harm yourself or someone else, contact local emergency services or a trusted person immediately.
